By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from dirt-wine.com is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from dirt-wine.com is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 dirt-wine.com will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. We require a signature of someone over the age of 21 to accept the wine package upon delivery.

TITLE & OWNERSHIP

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from dirt-wine.com to the purchaser at the warehouse located in the state where the purchase is made. Once the wine leaves the warehouse, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the shipping process to their home address. By arranging for transportation of the wine, dirt-wine.com is providing a service on behalf of the purchaser. The purchaser represents that they are compliant with all local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. Additionally, the purchaser affirms that they have obtained any required permissions, paid any necessary fees, and is working through licensed intermediaries where required. The purchaser further represents that they are legally entitled to take possession of the wine, are 21 years of age, and are in compliance with all relevant laws.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

All shipments will be made using UPS or FedEx, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Your shipment is insured for up to $100, which protects against potential loss or damage during transit. If you would like additional insurance or have concerns about shipping, please contact us.

In the event that something happens to your wine during shipment, please contact us immediately at hello@dirt-wine.comfor assistance. If a package needs to be returned or reshipped due to an incorrect address or other issue, additional surcharges may apply, and we will notify you accordingly.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT & MONITORING
