Made with only grapes and minimal sulfur, our wine is hand-harvested from organic, regeneratively grown vineyards. Naturally fermented with native yeast, we use minimal sulfur before bottling to protect the wine from oxidation.

By relying solely on natural precipitation and not using irrigation, we conserve valuable water resources. This method encourages deeply rooted vines, producing high-quality grapes and a true expression of terroir.

Verified by the Savory Institute Global Land to Market, our vineyards demonstrate regeneration and land improvement. We maintain living roots and covered soil year-round with diverse, pollinator-friendly cover crops, integrate animals, and practice no-till farming without harmful chemicals. We continuously monitor ecosystem functions, biodiversity, soil health, and water cycles to ensure a holistic approach to land management so each bottle of DIRT Wine directly impacts regenerative transformation.

Our lightweight glass bottles and biodegradable natural corks are produced in the USA to ensure a minimal carbon footprint. Please recycle the bottle and compost the cork for optimal environmental circularity.
