This high-elevation, mountain grown Pinot Noir is fermented on indigenous yeasts and with 30% whole clusters, utilizing gentle extraction and cool fermentation temperatures. Aged for eighteen months in older French Oak barrels. Classically styled and deeply flavorful with notes of plum, orange rind, red currant, black tea, and rose petals. Vibrant natural acidity lifts the wine for an airy, ethereal experience. Enjoy at whim.
