DIRT Sauvignon Blanc
Mendocino Ridge 750ml

Winemaking: Fermented on indigenous yeasts in a mix of older French Oak barrels and stainless steel. Aged on lees, undisturbed in barrel for twelve months, before racking and blending into cement tank for a final six months of aging. This is a Sauvignon Blanc of real character, forgoing New World opulence in favor of a refined and crisp expression, reminiscent of Sancerre.
Tasting Notes: Lively and textural, refreshing flavors of lemon verbena, grapefruit, white peach, and lime are balanced by notes of citrus blossom, ginger spice, and a stony minerality. Irresistible now, but will also offer an exciting evolution in the cellar.
