Experience the essence of DIRT with this tasting duo—an ethereal, mountain-grown Pinot Noir and a crisp, Sancerre-inspired Sauvignon Blanc.

DIRT Pinot Noir 2023

This high-elevation, mountain grown Pinot Noir is fermented on indigenous yeasts and with 30% whole clusters, utilizing gentle extraction and cool fermentation temperatures. Aged for eighteen months in older French Oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Classically styled and deeply flavorful with notes of plum, orange rind, red currant, black tea, and rose petals. Vibrant natural acidity lifts the wine for an airy, ethereal experience. Enjoy at whim.

DIRT Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Fermented on indigenous yeasts in a mix of older French Oak barrels and stainless steel. Aged on lees, undisturbed in barrel for twelve months, before racking and blending into cement tank for a final six months of aging. This is a Sauvignon Blanc of real character, forgoing New World opulence in favor of a refined and crisp expression, reminiscent of Sancerre.

Tasting Notes:
Lively and textural, refreshing flavors of lemon verbena, grapefruit, white peach, and lime are balanced by notes of citrus blossom, ginger spice, and a stony minerality. Irresistible now, but will also offer an exciting evolution in the cellar.

More than just grapes in a bottle

Where the romance of wine meets science. Our collaborations with labs, verifiers, and winemakers ensure purity and transparency.

DISRUPTING THE STATUS QUO

01.

Our wine is lab-tested for over 500 chemical residues, including glyphosate, ensuring purity from the soil to your glass. We prioritize your health and the environment's wellbeing.

02.

Made with only grapes and minimal sulfur, our wine is hand-harvested from organic, regeneratively grown vineyards. Naturally fermented with native yeast, we use minimal sulfur before bottling to protect the wine from oxidation.

03.

By relying solely on natural precipitation and not using irrigation, we conserve valuable water resources. This method encourages deeply rooted vines, producing high-quality grapes and a true expression of terroir.

04.

Verified by the Savory Institute Global Land to Market, our vineyards demonstrate regeneration and land improvement. We maintain living roots and covered soil year-round with diverse, pollinator-friendly cover crops, integrate animals, and practice no-till farming without harmful chemicals. We continuously monitor ecosystem functions, biodiversity, soil health, and water cycles to ensure a holistic approach to land management so each bottle of DIRT Wine directly impacts regenerative transformation.

05.

Our single-vineyard wine ensures complete traceability from the vineyard soil to your glass, so you know exactly where your wine comes from and how it was grown.

06.

Our lightweight glass bottles and biodegradable natural corks are produced in the USA to ensure a minimal carbon footprint. Please recycle the bottle and compost the cork for optimal environmental circularity.

07.

We are committed to supporting resilient family farms and communities, therefore; our grapes are sourced exclusively from family-owned vineyards. Dedicated to expanding regenerative agriculture, 1% of DIRT wine sales goes to Zero Foodprint’s Initiative to Restore California, helping fund farmers to adopt regenerative agricultural practices that build healthy soils, climate resilience, and thriving farms.
